The Vision non-contact visual inspection system is used to quickly determine the position coordinates of the device and simultaneously send the information to the laser marking system. Based on the coordinate information detected by Vision, the system adjusts the printing content to the corresponding position for engraving, which greatly improves the printing accuracy of the product. Vision and marking software/hardware are derived from PowerTECH; they have high compatibility and can be designed into embedded integrated or split structures according to customer requirements. |
